When exchanging any amount of money, in any currency, the service will be provided only upon presentation of a personal identification document, i.e.:
1. When the amount of money being exchanged (a one-time or interconnected amount of exchanges within 24 hours) is less than 3000 Euros (equivalent in another currency), personal identification confirmation is required.
2. When the amount of money being exchanged (a one-time or interconnected amount of exchanges within 24 hours) is equal to or greater than 3000 Euros (equivalent in another currency), personal identification confirmation is required, and a client identification and beneficiary questionnaire will need to be filled out.
3. When the amount of money being exchanged is equal to or greater than 15000 Euros (equivalent in another currency), personal identification confirmation is required, and a client identification and beneficiary questionnaire will need to be filled out and an explanation of the origin of the funds will need to be provided, if additional documents are required to explain the origin of the funds.
